查新审核对科技查新报告的质量控制研究

摘　　要：文章旨在研究查新审核对于提高科技查新报告质量的重要作用。系统分析了委托人和查新员两方面的人为因素对查新报告质量的影响,并针对查新报告中科学技术要点、查新点、检索策略、对比文献、查新结论和撰写格式等关键环节,提出具体的审核要求和注意事项。研究结果表明,加强查新审核工作,可以有效规避人为因素的负面影响,从而全面提升科技查新报告的质量,为科研立项、成果评价等提供客观公正的依据。The article aims to study the important role of novelty review in improving the quality of scientific and technological novelty reports.The system analyzed the impact of human factors on the quality of novelty search reports from both the client and the novelty search personnel,and proposed specific audit requirements and precautions for key aspects such as scientific and technological points,novelty search points,retrieval strategies,comparative literature,novelty search conclusions,and writing formats in novelty search reports.The research results indicate that strengthening the work of novelty search and review can effectively avoid the negative impact of human factors,thereby comprehensively improving the quality of scientific and technological novelty search reports,and providing objective and fair basis for scientific research project approval,achievement evaluation,etc.
