校地合作背景下高校图书馆资源社会化利用策略研究

摘　　要：文章结合学校“校企合作,校市相融”的发展特色,充分发挥高校与企业优势,合理整合资源,从政府管理职能视角,阐述在高校与属地以及政府校企合作的背景下,高校图书馆资源社会化利用的现状和问题,提出改进柳州市高校图书馆资源社会化利用的政府支持建议,构建高校图书馆资源社会化利用服务评价和激励机制,为高校图书馆资源社会化利用及当地政府如何有效支持社会化利用提供理论和经验借鉴。The article combines the development characteristics of“school-enterprise cooperation and school-city integration”in schools,fully leverages the advantages of universities and enterprises,and reasonably integrates resources.From the perspective of government management functions,it elaborates on the current situation and problems of socialized utilization of university library resources in the context of cooperation between universities and local governments,and proposes government support suggestions for improving the socialized utilization of university library resources in Liuzhou city.It constructs an evaluation and incentive mechanism for socialized utilization of university library resources,providing theoretical and empirical reference for the socialized utilization of university library resources and how local governments can effectively support socialized utilization.
