基于ESI数据库的省属高校一流学科建设探究——以青岛科技大学为例

摘　　要：一流学科建设是建成一流大学的核心与关键,对加快推进高等教育内涵式发展具有至关重要的作用。文章通过选取ESI数据库中的定量指标,从学科门类布局、高水平论文数、学科论文趋势3个维度,对山东省属高校一流学科建设的现状进行了客观分析。针对目前一流学科建设存在的学科门类覆盖范围狭窄、学术独创能力薄弱、学科引领辐射作用不强3大方面的问题,提出了构建符合知识生产规律的学科生态群落、符合人才成长规律的学术创新团队、符合学科发展规律的学科治理机制等对策。The construction of first-class disciplines is the core of building a first-class university,and plays a crucial role in accelerating the connotative development of higher education.By selecting quantitative indicators from the ESI database,this paper objectively analyzes the current situation of first-class discipline construction in Shandong province’s universities from three perspectives:discipline category layout,number of top papers,and discipline paper trends.To solve these problems,namely narrow coverage of subject categories,weak academic creativity,and weak leading function of subject,countermeasures are proposed to build a subject ecological community,an academic innovation team,and a subject governance mechanism,which should correspondingly conforms to the laws of knowledge production,talent growth,and subject development.
