摘　　要：培养管理学专业学生科研创新能力具有重要现实意义。文章深入分析管理学专业学生科研创新能力培育存在的诸多困境,提出构建科研创新能力导向的管理学专业课程体系、搭建多层次立体化科研创新实践平台、建设高水平“双师型”管理学专业教师队伍、营造浓厚的科研创新文化氛围和制度环境、拓展科研创新能力培养渠道是管理学专业学生科研创新能力培育的重要路径。Cultivating the scientific research and innovation ability of students majoring in management has important practical significance.This article deeply analyzes the many dilemmas existing in the cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability of students majoring in management.It proposes that constructing a management professional curriculum system oriented towards scientific research and innovation ability,building a multi-level three-dimensional scientific research and innovation practice platform,establishing a high-level“dual-qualified”management professional teaching team,creating a strong scientific research and innovation cultural atmosphere and institutional environment,and expanding the channels for cultivating scientific research and innovation ability are important paths for cultivating the scientific research and innovation ability of students majoring in management.
