摘  要:文章针对一起220 kV电容式电压互感器(Capacitive Voltage Transformer,CVT)二次电压异常故障进行分析。首先,对二次电压异常原因进行了全面分析;其次,基于红外测温发现CVT的电磁单元异常高温现象,进行介损、电容量测量和绝缘试验分析,发现该CVT的二次线缆表皮破损,进而导致二次回路产生短路电流和铁芯磁通饱和,最终导致避雷器击穿和次级绕组电压异常;最后,提出了预防CVT发生此类故障的措施。An abnormal secondary voltage fault of 220 kV Capacitive Voltage Transformer(CVT)was analyzed and diagnosed.Firstly,the causes of secondary voltage anomaly are analyzed comprehensively.Secondly,through infrared temperature measurement,it is found that the electromagnetic unit of CVT has abnormal high temperature(temperature difference 41.6°).Subsequently,dielectric loss,capacitance measurement and insulation test were carried out,and it was found that the secondary cable skin of the CVT was damaged,the ground insulation was damaged,the secondary circuit generated short circuit current,the core magnetic flux was saturated,and the arrester breakdown and other secondary winding voltage anomalies were caused.Finally,the measures to prevent this kind of failure in CVT are put forward.
