摘　　要：基于江苏省13市2011—2020年市级面板数据,利用系统GMM估计和中介效应模型,实证检验数字普惠金融对江苏制造业转型升级的影响机制。研究发现:数字普惠金融对于江苏省制造业转型升级存在显著的正向影响,人力资本积累和技术创新在这一过程中存在传导作用,并且江苏省制造业转型是一个渐进的发展过程。基于此,提出在完善数字普惠金融服务的同时,重视提升企业自主创新能力,加强人才的培养和培训,建设高水平对外开放等政策建议。This article is based on panel data from 13 cities in Jiangsu Province from 2011 to 2020,using system GMM estimation and mediation effect model to empirically test the impact mechanism of digital inclusive finance on the transformation and upgrading of Jiangsu's manufacturing industry.Research has found that digital inclusive finance has a significant positive impact on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province.The accumulation of human capital and technological innovation have a transmission effect in this process,and the transformation of the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province is a gradual development process.Based on this,this article proposes policy recommendations such as improving digital inclusive financial services,emphasizing the enhancement of enterprises'independent innovation capabilities,strengthening talent cultivation and training,and building high-level opening-up to the outside world.
