摘　　要：分析了行业目前在关键共性技术研发方面仍存在各自为政、目标不清的现象,没有形成真正的创新合力,需要构建全行业相关主体深度参与的联合攻关机制;结合行业发展和专家咨询,遴选湖南省高端工程机械制造业下一阶段的关键共性技术重点攻关清单;提出构建湖南省高端工程机械制造业关键共性技术创新联合体、持续改进影响联合创新的关键因素、设计联合体运行的稳定协调机制等措施建议,为政府和企业决策提供一定参考。The high-end construction machinery manufacturing industry in Hunan province has great significance to study the key common technologies of this industry.First of all,the analysis of key generic technology r&D industry is still divided,the phenomenon of unclear objectives,has not formed a true synergy of innovation.Then,combined with the analysis of the industry development situation and the expert consultation,select the next stage of Hunan high-end construction machinery manufacturing key common technology list.Finally,some suggestions are put forward,such as the construction of key common technological innovation consortia of Hunan high-end construction machinery manufacturing industry,the continuous improvement of key factors affecting joint innovation,and the stable coordination mechanism of design consortia,for the government and enterprise decision-making to provide a certain reference.
