数字金融助推江苏制造业转型升级的实证研究

摘　　要：运用金融发展理论、包容性增长理论和刘易斯“二元结构理论”,以江苏省为研究实例,通过对制造业结构合理化、制造业结构高度化、制造业结构绿色化三个研究对象对应的计量模型中的变量进行设计,得出“双碳”目标推动制造业加速转型升级的结论。基于结论提出以下建议:构建绿色低碳循环发展经济体系,切实将“双碳”理念融入到经济发展各个环节;完善碳市场监测统计与评价体系,先立后破优先引导金融机构向绿色低碳企业补贴贷款倾斜;提高数字技术创新对基础科学研究的拉动作用,加大对科技研发等的支持力度。With the"carbon neutral,carbon peak"goal,green low-carbon transformation and development,has become the main theme of China's economic and social development,digital finance as the responsibility of the future of the low-carbon market as an effective incentive tool,will lead the manufacturing industry,"digital","green"transformation and upgrading.This paper applies financial development theory,inclusive growth theory and Lewis's"dual structure theory",Jiangsu Province is taken as an example,and through the design of the variables in the measurement model corresponding to the three research objects:rationalization of the manufacturing structure,heightening of the manufacturing structure,and greening of the manufacturing structure,it is finally argued that the"dual-carbon"goal promotes the accelerated transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.And based on the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:to build a green low-carbon and recycling development economic system,and effectively integrate the dual-carbon concept into all aspects of economic development;to improve the carbon market monitoring statistics and evaluation system,and to give priority to guiding financial institutions to tilt subsidized loans to green and low-carbon enterprises;to improve the pulling effect of digital technological innovation on basic scientific research,and to increase the support for scientific and technological R&D and so on.
