摘　　要：基于县政府“十四五”发展规划中“全国优质主焦煤发展基地县”发展定位,以乡宁县为例,立足煤炭产业优势,形成低碳竞争力,从技术推动和政策引导两个方面进行思考,提出资源型县域煤炭产业“双碳”目标实现路径,尝试为相似产业特征的县域低碳发展提供一些参考。Due to the regional characteristics and industrial policies,the coal industry in Xiangning County,Shanxi Province exhibits a dual pattern of"mining+washing",representing a simplistic coal delivery sector.In line with the development positioning as the"National High-quality Coking Coal Development Base County"outlined in the 14th Five-Year Development Plan by the county government,this paper primarily focuses on technological advancements and policy guidance to offer valuable insights for low-carbon development in counties sharing similar industrial characteristics.
