摘　　要：针对环烷基润滑油(基础油)生产过程中收率标定结果低于设计值的问题,分析了影响收率标定结果的因素,提出了通过提升原料油中润滑油比例、增大空速等方式对环烷基润滑油高压加氢装置进行优化。经济性评估结果显示,在对其进行相应的优化后,一定程度上提升了基础油平均收率,最高可达89.50%。Aiming at the problem that the yield calibration result is lower than the design value during the production of naphthenic lubricant(base oil),the factors affecting the yield calibration result are analysed,and it is proposed to optimize the high-pressure hydrotreating unit of the naphthenic lubricant by increasing the ratio of lubricating oil in the feedstock oil and increasing the air speed.The results of the economic evaluation showed that the average base oil yield was improved to a certain extent,up to 89.50%,after it was optimised accordingly.
