摘　　要：通过应用PEST对气体分离设备行业进行了宏观环境分析,并将国有中小型气体分离设备制造企业群体作为研究对象,利用SWOT分析法将该群体企业的优势、劣势、机会、威胁列举出来,两两组合以矩阵形式排列,并加以分析,得出适应当前市场环境的竞争战略。By applying PEST to the gas separation equipment industry,the macro-environmental analysis was carried out,and the group of state-owned small and medium-sized gas separation equipment manufacturing enterprises was taken as the object of study,and the SWOT analysis was used to enumerate the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of this group of enterprises,and the two-by-two combinations were arranged in the form of a matrix,and analysed,so that a competitive strategy that adapts to the current market environment could be drawn up.
