摘　　要：以苏纶纺织厂为代表的工业遗产档案见证了苏州近代民族工商业的发展历程,蕴含丰富价值,取得了令人瞩目的利用成果。工业遗产档案开发利用工作仍存在多种问题,需深入挖掘档案文化内涵、增强叙事能力、推进跨界合作、树立品牌、提升特色等,以切实发挥工业遗产档案的价值与作用。The industrial heritage archives represented by Sulun Textile Factory have witnessed the development process of modern national industry and commerce in Suzhou,containing rich value.Remarkable utilization results have been achieved.There are still various problems in the development and utilization of industrial heritage archives.It is necessary to deeply explore the cultural connotations of archives,enhance narrative ability,promote cross-border cooperation,establish brands,and enhance characteristics,in order to effectively give play to the value and role of industrial heritage archives.
