摘 要:PE纤维材料既有纤维的柔韧性,又兼具PE材料密度小、强度高、模量高等固有优势,与树脂、其他纤维、金属、陶瓷等材料结合,还可以根据需求制备不同种类的高性能PE纤维复合材料。PE纤维复合材料凭借较高的比强度,较好的耐磨、耐冲击、耐腐蚀、耐光等优良性能,已经广泛应用于个体防护装备、装甲防护等领域。综述PE纤维的性能特点、理化指标、制备工艺的研究进展及其产品化制约技术,并总结PE纤维复合材料的应用状况。PE fiber materials can not only give full play to the flexibility of fibers, but also have the inherent advantages of low density, high strength and high modulus of PE materials, which can be combined with resins, other fibers, metals, ceramics and other materials. Different types of high-performance PE fiber composites can be prepared according to demand. With its high specific strength, good wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, light resistance and other excellent properties, PE fiber composites have been widely used in individual protective equipment, armor protection and other fields. The performance characteristics, physical, chemical indexes, research progress of preparation process and product restriction technology of PE fiber were reviewed, while the application of PE fiber composites was summarized.
