摘 要:通过研究溶解法标准中化学试剂对醋酯纤维、三醋酯纤维的溶解特性,筛选出合适的化学试剂进行试验,以测定某些无法用标准方法定量分析的纤维素醋酯纤维在混纺织物中的含量比。结果表明,采用65%~68%硝酸/水混合体积比为3∶1的硝酸溶液室温振荡10 min或65%~68%硝酸室温振荡30 min,纤维素醋酯纤维可以完全溶解,建议在定量分析试验时采用该方法。By studying the dissolution characteristics of chemical reagents on acetate fibers and triacetate fibers in the dissolution method standard, suitable chemical reagents were selected for testing to determine the content ratio of cellulose acetate fibers in blended products that cannot be quantitatively analyzed by current standard methods. The results show that using nitric acid solution with a volume ratio of 3∶1 between 65%-68% nitric acid and water, shaking at room temperature for 10 minutes or 65%-68% nitric acid, shaking at room temperature for 30 minutes, cellulose acetate fibers can be completely dissolved. It is recommended to use this method in quantitative analysis experiments.
