摘  要:纺纱实践课程有利于支撑纺织工程专业学生工程实践能力和创新能力的培养。针对教学过程中存在的问题,充分调动高校、企业等各方优势资源,将虚拟仿真实验与实际生产情境相融合,构建“虚实融合”的纺纱实践课程体系,突出对学生能力的培养。以学生为中心开展教学方法改革,将纺纱前沿技术、企业实际生产案例等融入实践教学内容,提升教学内容的高阶性与挑战度。将课堂搬入车间,学校与企业双主体共同对纺纱实践课程开展授课,使学生直接接触纺纱全流程的生产现场,实现理论知识与实践应用的良好衔接。The spinning practice course can support the cultivation of engineering practice ability and innovation ability of textile engineering students.in view of the problems existing in the practical teaching,the system of"virtuality and reality fusion"for spinning practice course was constructed to highlight the cultivation of students ability,based on fully mobilizing the resources of universities,enterprises and other parties and the virtual simulation experiment integrating with the actual production situation.Studentcentered teaching method reform was carried out,spinning advanced technology and actual production cases of enterprise were integrated into practical teaching content,so as to improve the high-level and challenging degree of teaching content.The classroom moved into the workshop,teachers from school and enterprise jointly taught the spinning practice course,so that students can directly contact the production field of the entire spinning process,achieving good connection between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
