摘 要:钢包铸余量控制不当时,合格钢水易变成渣钢导致铸坯收得率降低。包底工作层冲击区凹陷导致铸余量增加,且其在钢包周转过程中难以控制。在本工作中,通过采取钢包水口附近增加御渣区、座砖胎模结构优化、包底工作层冲击区及时修补等控制措施,使钢包铸余量降低了41.8%,经济效益显著,为钢厂解决浇铸尾期大包下渣量问题提供参考。Improper control of ladle heel can lead to qualified liquid steel easily turning into slag steel,resulting in a decrease in the yield of the billet.The depression in the impact zone of the working layer at the bottom of the ladles leads to an increase in heel,which is difficult to control during the turnover process of ladles.In this paper,control measures such as adding slag removing areas near the ladle nozzle,optimizing the structure of the refractory brick mold,and timely repairing the impact zone of the working layer at the bottom of the ladle were taken,resulting in a 41.8%reduction in ladle heel,and significant economic benefits were achieved.This provides a reference for steel plants to solve the issue of the slag quantity of the ladle during the final casting period.
