摘 要:在超低水泥结合碳化硅基浇注料中加入不同含量和晶型的Al_(2)O_(3),经振动浇注成型,在高纯流动氮气中经1420℃氮化得到赛隆结合SiC耐火材料,检测了氮化后试样的常规物理性能,重点研究了Al_(2)O_(3)含量与晶型对试样高温抗折强度(1200℃、1400℃)、抗热震性的影响,并利用XRD和SEM对物相和显微结构进行了分析。结果表明:结合相与Si在高温下在氮气中发生原位反应生成了呈网络状的交织分布的赛隆,增强了SiC颗粒和基质之间的结合,使碳化硅浇注料试样高温性能得到提高;当刚玉含量为3%时,试样高温抗折强度(1200℃、1400℃)分别为64.3 MPa和13.7 MPa;随着刚玉含量的增加,赛隆相开始增多,但高温抗折强度变化不大;当Al_(2)O_(3)微粉含量为3%时,赛隆相含量增加至15%,高于刚玉含量为12%的试样,高温抗折强度(1200℃、1400℃)分别为64.3 MPa和15.2 MPa;试样抗热震性能整体优于加入刚玉的试样。With Al_(2)O_(3)in different contents and crystal forms added,the ultra-low cement bonded SiC castables is cast with vibration,and then subject to nitridation at 1420℃in high-purity nitrogen flow to obtain the refractory material with Sialon bonded SiC.With the testing of the conventional physical properties of the nitrided sample,the paper emphasizes the effect of Al_(2)O_(3)with different contents and crystal forms on the flexural strength at a high temperature(1200℃and 1400℃)and thermal shock resistance of the sample,and analyzes its phase and microstructure by XRD and SEM adopted.The results show that Sialon can be formed by the in-situ reaction of Si with the binding phase at a high temperature in nitrogen,and is distributed in a network like interweaving pattern.It can enhance the bonding between SiC particles and the matrix,hence improving the hightemperature performance of the sample of SiC castables.When the content of corundum is 3%,the flexural strength at a high temperature(1200℃and 1400℃)is 64.3 MPa and 13.7 MPa respectively.As such content increases,the Sialon phase begins to rise,but the flexural strength does not change much.When the content of Al_(2)O_(3)micro powder is 3%,the Sialon phase increases to 15%,which is higher than the sample with 12%corundum content.And the flexural strength is 64.3 MPa and 15.2 MPa.Besides,the overall thermal shock resistance of the original sample is better than that of the one with corundum newly added.
