麦尔兹窑石灰质量异常原因分析及控制措施

摘　　要：针对麦尔兹窑出现的石灰质量异常问题,本文从送风、供料和燃料3个方面阐述了异常产生的原因、窑体温度、压力的异常变化趋势以及采取的控制措施。针对不同的质量异常原因提出相应合理的控制措施,是提高石灰质量稳定性的前提条件。In response to the abnormal quality variation of lime product in the Maerz kiln,the article elaborates on the reasons for the abnormal occurrence,and the abnormal changes in kiln temperature and pressure,and proposes counter measures.The elaboration is made from three perspectives:air supply,material supply,and fuel.Targeted control measures are presented for different quality anomalies,and they are prerequisite for improving the stability of lime quality.
