摘　　要：学业辅导是准确把握学生需求、促进学生成长成才的重要途径,构建新时代大学生精准学业辅导模式为创新思想政治教育方式、提高高等教育质量提供了新思路。文章基于供需适配性理论,对当前学生学业辅导现状和存在的问题进行探究,提出以“学生为中心”,紧抓“线上”“线下”两条主线,从帮扶精度、辅学维度、教学深度和联动广度上实现“四维”提升,进而形成“一心两线四提升”的精准学业辅导模式,以更好地满足大学生对学业辅导的迫切需求,实现辅学模式精准化、靶向化、实效化。Academic tutoring is an important way to accurately grasp the needs of students and promote their growth and success.Building a precise academic tutoring model for college students in the new era provides new ideas for innovating ideological and political education methods and improving the quality of higher education,Based on the theory of supply and demand adaptability,this paper explores the current situation and existing problems of student academic counseling,proposes a student-centered approach,focusing on the two main lines of"online"and"offline",and achieving a"four-dimensional"improvement in assistance accuracy,auxiliary learning dimensions,teaching depth,and linkage breadth,thereby forming a precise academic counseling model of"one heart,two lines,and four improvements",in order to better meet the urgent needs of college students for academic counseling,and achieve the precision,targeting,and effectiveness of auxiliary learning models.
