摘　　要：痔病作为肛肠科高发病,出血是其主要症状之一。痔病出血可能导致重度贫血,不仅危及患者生命,也增加围手术期治疗难度。贫血会加重麻醉及手术风险,并增加术后感染率及死亡率,同时延缓康复进程。目前已有文献将贫血型痔病作为单独的痔病分型。注射疗法治疗贫血型痔病相对安全、便捷,疗效也受到肯定。现报道1例注射疗法治疗重度贫血型痔病,过程安全、便捷、高效,以供临床参考。Hemorrhoidal disease,a highly prevalent condition in proctology,features bleeding as one of its primary symptoms.Bleeding from hemorrhoidal disease can lead to severe anemia,posing a threat to patients'lives and complicating perioperative management.Anemia exacerbates anesthesia and surgical risks,increases postoperative infection rates and mortality,and delays recovery.Current literature recognizes anemic hemorrhoidal disease as a distinct subtype.sclerotherapy for anemic hemorrhoidal disease is relatively safe,convenient,and effective.This report presents a case of severe anemic hemorrhoidal disease successfully treated with sclerotherapy,highlighting its safety,convenience,and high efficacy for clinical reference.
