摘 要:目的:探究网球运动员主要压力来源并探寻解决之道。方法:通过对网球运动员应用自制量表进行问卷调查,并利用t检验和方差分析进行统计。结果:高校网球学生心理压力来源由大到小依次是实习压力,训练压力,学业压力和就业压力。女生在训练和实习压力两个方面显著高于男生,且具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。不同年级的学生在实习压力、训练压力、就业压力和学业压力四个维度有统计学差异(P<0.01)。面临压力时,网球专业的学生更愿意通过自己的努力实现目标。应对策略:对不同性别学生进行针对性心理教育,对不同年级的学生设置不同的培养重点。This study aims to explore the main sources of stress for tennis athletes and to seek solutions.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was administered to tennis athletes,and statistical analysis was performed using t-tests and analysis of variance.Results:The psychological stress sources for college tennis students are ranked from largest to smallest as follows:internship pressure,training pressure,academic pressure,and employment pressure.Female students exhibit significantly higher levels of training and internship pressure compared to male students,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).There are statistically significant differences in the four dimensions of internship pressure,training pressure,employment pressure,and academic pressure among students of different grades(P<0.01).When facing stress,tennis major students are more willing to achieve their goals through their own efforts.It is recommended to provide targeted psychological education for students of different genders and to focus on different aspects of training for students of different grades.
