摘　　要：随着我国医药卫生事业的不断发展进步,医学生群体在求职和职业发展过程中对于学历的要求越来越高,医学生群体在职业规划中普遍选择升学深造,导致“不就业拟升学”医学生群体的比例逐年增加。高校在医学生就业工作中应深入掌握学生群体的特点,将思想政治教育工作和医学生就业工作相结合,重点思考如何有效提升医学生升学比例、拓宽就业渠道,改善高校“不就业拟升学”医学生群体现状。With the continuous development of medical and health undertakings in China,medical students have higher and higher requirements for academic qualifications in the process of job hunting and career development,medical students generally choose to pursue further study in their career planning,as a result,the proportion of medical students who prepare for further study increases year by year.Universities should grasp the characteristics of medical students in employment work and combine the ideological and political education with the employment work of medical students,focus on how to effectively improve the further study proportion of medical students and broaden employment channels,improve the current situation of non-employment medical students who prepare for further study in universities.
