摘 要:聚焦中国式现代化背景下浙江省水利现代化,探讨先行路径旨在促进人与自然的和谐共生和提升民生福祉。概述浙江水利现代化的发展历史,分析基础设施完善、水利管理优化、法规政策体系完善和人才队伍建设等关键问题,并提出相应的解决策略。通过构建先进的基础设施网络、高效的工程管理体系、全面的法规制度和专业的人才队伍,浙江水利有望在新的发展阶段中发挥更加重要的作用。This study focuses on the pioneering path of water conservancy modernization in Zhejiang Province against the backdrop of Chinese-style modernization,aiming to promote the harmonious coexistence of human and nature,and to enhance the well-being of the people.The article reviews the development history of Zhejiang’s water conservancy modernization,identifies key issues including the improvement of infrastructure,optimization of water management,perfection of regulatory policy systems,and construction of talent teams,and proposes corresponding solutions.By building an advanced infrastructure network,an efficient engineering management system,a comprehensive set of regulations and policies,and a professional talent team,Zhejiang’s water conservancy is expected to play a more significant role in the new stage of development.
