乡村振兴战略背景下农村体育发展的价值导向、现实问题及优化策略

摘　　要：运用文献资料、实地调查、逻辑分析等研究方法,立足乡村振兴战略背景,挖掘农村体育发展的价值导向,探索其存在的现实问题及优化策略。结果显示,农村体育的价值导向为:产业兴旺的有力推手,生态宜居的重要载体,乡风文明的有效途径,治理有效的重要渠道,生活富裕的重要引擎。存在的现实问题:体育场地设施供给不足,体育治理机制不完善,农民参与体育活动意识淡薄,体育活动开展乏力,农村体育主体人群流失。提出的策略是:加强农村体育运动设施建设;优化农村体育治理机制,构建多元主体协同共治格局;提倡教育与宣传并用,提高农民体育文化素养;创新体育活动内容与形式,挖掘农民参与热情;立足农村生态环境,均衡城乡体育资源配置。By using literature,field investigation,logical analysis and other research methods,this article explores the value of rural sports development,and analyzes the existing practical problems and strategies based on the background of rural revitalization strategy.The results show that the value orientation of rural sports is:a powerful promoter of industrial prosperity,an important carrier of ecological livable,an effective way of rural culture,an important channel of effective governance,and an important engine of rich life.There are some practical problems as:insufficient supply of sports venues and facilities,imperfect sports governance mechanism,weak awareness of farmers to participate in sports activities,weak sports activities,and loss of rural sports subjects.And it puts forward the strategy:strengthen the construction of rural sports facilities;optimize the governance mechanism of rural sports,and build a pattern of multi-subject cooperation and co-governance;education and publicity should be advocated to improve farmers’health cultivate cultural literacy;innovate the content and form of sports activities to tap farmers’enthusiasm for participation;based on the rural ecological environment,balanced allocation of urban and rural sports resources.
