数智赋能体育公共服务转型研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑推理等研究方法,对我国数智赋能体育公共服务转型的现实逻辑、发展机制进行研究,并提出实现路径,以期为我国公共体育服务转型升级提供参考。结果表明:转型的现实逻辑为国家政策引导、用户需求驱动、国际环境促使以及科技创新推动;转型的发展机制为体育信息公开化机制、体育资源整合化机制以及体育服务网络化机制;转型的实现路径为更新基础设施、健全法规制度、加强人才引进以及完善考评制度。By using the methods of literature and logical reasoning,this paper studies the realistic logic and development mechanism of the transformation of digital intelligence enabled sports public service in China,and proposes the realization path,in order to provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of public sports service in our country.The results show that the realistic logic of transformation is guided by national policy,driven by user demand,promoted by international environment and promoted by scientific and technological innovation.The development mechanism of the transformation is the mechanism of sports information publicity,the mechanism of sports resources integration and the mechanism of sports service network.The path of transformation is to upgrade infrastructure,improve national policies,strengthen talent introduction and improve the evaluation system.
