空间正义视域下青少年体质健康监测问题反思及优化策略研究

摘　　要：空间正义作为一种批判与评价性理论,通过其对社会空间生产与资源分配过程中正义性向度的考量,来推动价值指引与制度安排的优化。运用文献资料法,以空间正义的核心价值理念检视我国青少年体质健康监测,发现两者存在诸多相悖之处,影响到青少年体质健康监测的绩效实现。因此,提出空间正义视域下青少年体质健康监测策略:提供个性化体质健康监测报告与制定伤残学生测试标准,以增值平等性正义;细化政策文本,完善奖惩机制,以重视差异性正义;丰富运动参与形式,体现人文关怀,以弥补矫正性正义;加强多方合作,动员各主体参与积极性,以彰显开放性正义。Spatial justice,as a critical and evaluative theory,promotes the optimization of value guidance and institutional arrangement through its consideration of the justice dimension in the process of social space production and resource allocation.By using the method of literature,this paper examines the physical health monitoring of adolescents in China with the core value concept of space justice,and finds that there are many contradictions between the two,which affect the performance of the physical health monitoring of adolescents.Therefore,the paper puts forward the monitoring strategies of adolescents’physical health from the perspective of spatial justice:to provide personalized physical health monitoring reports and develop testing standards for disabled students,so as to enhance equal justice;Refine the policy text,improve the reward and punishment mechanism,in order to pay attention to differential justice;Enriching the forms of participation in the movement,reflecting humanistic care,in order to make up for corrective justice;Strengthen multi-party cooperation and mobilize the enthusiasm of all subjects to participate in order to demonstrate openness and justice.
