摘　　要：在中国共产党的正确领导下,西藏自治区民族干部工作成就斐然,民族干部政治素养极大提升,民族干部数量迅速提高,民族干部结构层次日臻科学,注重妇女干部与后备干部培养,民族干部能力逐步增强;西藏自治区民族干部工作务必坚持中国共产党对西藏自治区民族干部工作的全面领导,务必建立科学合理的西藏自治区民族干部人事制度,务必与时俱进推动西藏自治区民族干部队伍工作,务必重视教育提高西藏自治区民族干部的文化素养。Under the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the work of ethnic cadres in the Tibet Autonomous Region(TAR)has made remarkable achievements,with the political quality of ethnic cadres greatly improved,the number of ethnic cadres rapidly increased,the structure and level of ethnic cadres becoming more and more scientific,the cultivation of women cadres and reserve cadres emphasized,and the ability of ethnic cadres gradually enhanced.The work of ethnic cadres in the Tibet Autonomous Region must adhere to the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China over the work of ethnic cadres in the Tibet Autonomous Region,establish a scientific and reasonable personnel system for ethnic cadres in the Tibet Autonomous Region,promote the work of ethnic cadres in the Tibet Autonomous Region in keeping with the times,and attach importance to the education and improvement of the cultural literacy of ethnic cadres in the Tibet Autonomous Region.
