摘　　要：喀什地区拥有丰富的民歌资源,人们喜欢用歌声抒发对新中国的赞美和新时代生活的无限热爱,他们借助世界非物质文化遗产十二木卡姆,传唱新时代的赞歌。新时代的“文化润疆”策略要求我们追寻喀什民歌中的爱国主义情怀,分析喀什民歌所展示的独特诗歌、音乐与舞蹈的合奏特征,阐释喀什民歌的表演功能,从而传承与创新喀什民歌优秀文化因子为“文化润疆”服务,借助现代化传媒平台将喀什民歌表演推向世界,创新建设喀什民歌文化品牌,助力喀什文化产业的发展。Kashgar is rich in folk songs,and people like to express their praise for new China and their infinite love for the life of the new era in their songs,and they sing the hymns of the new era with the help of the world intangible cultural heritage of the twelve mukams.The strategy of"cultural embellishment"in the new era requires us to trace the patriotism in Kashgar folk songs,analyze the unique characteristics of poetry,music and dance ensemble demonstrated in Kashgar folk songs,and explain the performance function of Kashgar folk songs,so as to pass on and innovate the excellent cultural factors of Kashgar folk songs for the service of"cultural embellishment",and make use of modern media to promote the development of the country.It will serve to inherit and innovate the excellent cultural factors of Kashgar folk songs for"Culture Nourishes Xinjiang",promote the performance of Kashgar folk songs to the world with the help of modernized media platform,innovate and build the cultural brand of Kashgar folk songs,and help the development of Kashgar cultural industry.
