警务新媒体使用对警察信任的影响机制研究  

On the Mechanism of the Impact of New Media Use in Policing on Public Trust in Police

摘　　要：学界有关媒体使用与警察信任的研究不断增多,但现有文献少有关注警务新媒体使用与警察信任的关系。研究基于涵化理论构建了警务新媒体使用对警察信任影响机制的包含有调节效应和中介效应的模型,并利用SPSS26.0和AMOS26.0,对414份有效样本进行了实证检验。实证研究发现:(1)警务新媒体使用对警察信任具有显著正向影响;(2)警方透明度感知在警务新媒体使用与警察信任之间起部分中介作用;(3)警民接触时的程序正义正向调节了警务新媒体使用与警察信任之间的关系。研究结果不仅证明了涵化理论对警务新媒体使用正向促进警察信任水平提升的理论预测,也为警务新媒体建设提供了启示。Academic research on media use and its correlation with trust in the police is expanding,yet there’s a significant gap in literature regarding the impact of the use of new media for policing on trust in the police.Based on Cultivation Theory,this paper constructs a model that includes both moderating and mediating effects to examine how the use of new media for policing impacts trust in the police,validated through empirical testing on 414 valid samples in SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 The findings are as follows.(1)The use of new media for policing significantly enhances trust in the police.(2)Perceived police transparency partially mediates the relationship between the use of new media for policing and trust in the police.(3)Procedural justice in police-public interactions positively moderates the link between the use of new media for policing and trust in the police.These results not only support the theoretical prediction of Cultivation Theory regarding the positive influence of the use of new media for policing on trust levels in the police but also provide insights for the development of new media strategies in policing.
