摘　　要：国内与公众健康信息相关的研究主要集中在公众健康信息寻求、健康信息服务、健康信息传播、健康信息质量控制四个方面,国外的相关研究主要集中在健康信息服务实践领域。立足“健康中国”建设的现实背景,根据信息生态系统的一般模型,结合当前涉及公众健康信息传播活动实践,分析公众健康信息系统的构成要素,从信息、信息人、信息环境三个方面提出运用策略,促进公众健康信息生态系统实现平衡,具体包括:关注公众健康信息质量,丰富公众健康信息人内涵,优化公众健康信息环境。The focus of domestic research related to public health information is mainly on four aspects:public search for health information,health information service,health information publicity and quality control of health information,while the focus of those abroad is mainly on the practice in health information service.In the context of the construction of“Healthy China”,this paper,following the general model of Information Ecosystem,analyzes the components of public health information ecosystem by combining with current practice in public health information publicity.And applicable strategies are proposed from three aspects of information,information people,and information environment to balance the public health information ecosystem,which include emphasizing the quality of public health information,enriching the connotation of public health information people,and optimizing public health information environment.
