摘　　要：结合工厂和生产线的实际经验,以锂电钻为例,设计一种电动工具正反转开关寿命自动测试装置。作为一种改进手段,设计的自动测试装置解决了现阶段人工测试精度低、劳动强度大等问题,旨在提升电动工具整机使用寿命和产品一致性。Based on the practical experience of the factory and production line,taking lithium drills as an example,an automatic test device for life of forward and reverse switch of electric tools is designed.As a method of improvement,the designed automatic test device solves the problems of low precision and high labor intensity in manual testing at the present stage,aiming at improving the service life of the whole machine and product consistency.
