摘 要:电气设备在产品设计、制造、销售和使用时应最大程度降低对生命、健康和财产损害的风险,并达到可接受的水平。医用电气设备的保护接地是在基本绝缘失效的单一故障情况下,作为一重防护,将故障电流经接地连接回路引导到网电源的保护接地。结合IEC 60601-1与CAN/CSA-C22.2 No.60601-1这两个标准的最新版本,阐述了保护接地阻抗载流能力要求及测试方法的差异。旨在帮助相关方在产品设计时考虑产品预期销售国家关于设备保护接地阻抗共性和差异问题,及时了解相关标准要求,在设计输入阶段及时识别,同时在设计验证阶段能正确实施测试验证,以便产品能够满足不同国家的技术要求。Electrical equipment should be designed,manufactured,sold and used to minimize the risk of damage to life,health and property and to achieve an acceptable level.The protective grounding of medical electrical equipment,as a protect in the situation of the single fault condition of a basic insulation failure,leads the fault current to the network power supply by connecting the circuit.Combined with the latest versions of IEC 60601-1 and CAN/CSA-C22.2 No.60601-1,the differences of current-carrying capacity requirements and tests of protective grounding impedance are illustrated.It is designed to help interested parties consider the commonality and difference of equipment’s protective grounding impedance in the country where products are expected to be sold during product design,and timely understand the relevant standard requirements and identify at the design input phase,and correct testing verification at the design verification stage at the same time so that the product can meet the technical requirements of different countries.
