摘 要:研究了不同焦炉烟气净化工艺对非甲烷总烃(NMHC)的协同治理效果。结果表明:旋转喷雾干燥脱硫(SDA)工艺对NMHC的去除效率为9.3%;活性炭基催化法脱硫工艺对NMHC的去除效率为8.4%;选择性催化还原脱硝(SCR)工艺对NMHC的去除效率与催化剂的运行时间有关,其值为13.8%~28.6%;逆流法活性炭脱硫脱硝一体化(CCMB)工艺对NMHC的去除效率达30%以上。以上结果对焦化企业选择合适的烟气净化工艺控制NMHC的排放有参考意义。The effects of different coke oven flue gas purification processes on non-methane hydrocarbons(NMHC)were investigated.The desulfurization process based on spray dry absorber(SDA)can remove 9.3%of NMHC.The activated carbon desulfurization process can decreased NMHC concentrations by 8.4%.The NMHC removal efficiency for selective catalytic reduction of NO by NH3(SCR)technology is dependent on the catalyst running time,ranging from 13.8%to 28.6%.As high as 30%of NMHC can be removed by integrated DeSOx&DeNOx with activated carbon countercurrent moving bed(CCMB).The above results play directive role for coking plants in selecting appropriate methods for decreasing NMHC emissions.
