文化传承视角下民族传统音乐保护与传承的价值审视与路径

摘　　要：在历史发展长河中,民族传统音乐随历史不断沉淀、随时代不断创新,承载着浓厚的民族情感与深厚的文化艺术底蕴,彰显着独特的地域性与民族性特征。近年来,文化强国建设背景下,人们文化自信心逐渐增强,保护与传承传统文化意识不断提升,保护与传承民族传统音乐已成为必要之举。因此立足现实,分析当前民族传统音乐保护与传承的主要方式与现实困境,明确其价值意蕴,进而提出文化传承视角下可行的有效路径:发挥政府主导功能;融合多元主体力量;依托数字媒介支持;开展产业跨界协作。In the long river of historical development,traditional ethnic music has continuously accumulated and innovated with the times,carrying strong national emotions and profound cultural and artistic heritage,and showcasing unique regional and ethnic characteristics.In recent years,under the background of building a strong cultural country,people's cultural self-confidence has gradually increased,and their awareness of protecting and inheriting traditional culture has been continuously enhanced.Protecting and inheriting traditional ethnic music has become a necessary measure.Therefore,based on the analysis of the current main ways and practical difficulties in protecting and inheriting traditional ethnic music,clarifying its value implications,and proposing feasible and effective paths from the perspective of cultural inheritance:leveraging the government's leading role;Integrating diverse subject forces;Relying on digital media support;Carry out cross-border industrial cooperation.
