摘　　要：新时代,以中国特色社会主义文化建设理论为指导,传承与发展乡土音乐文化有利于增强农民的文化修养、建设新时代乡风文明,也有利于促进农业现代化发展。然而,现阶段传承与发展乡土音乐文化仍然面临原生态生存环境变化、人才断层和教育等方面的困境。对此,必须进一步完善生态传承以优化其发展空间,强化人才支撑以打牢其发展基础,强化媒介应用以拓宽其发展渠道,深化产业衔接以增强其发展活力,从而更好地传承与发展乡土音乐文化。In the new era,guided by the theory of socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics,inheriting and developing local music culture is conducive to enhancing the cultural cultivation of farmers,building a new era of rural civilization,and promoting the modernization of agriculture.However,at present,the inheritance and development of local music culture still face challenges such as changes in the original ecological environment,talent gaps,and education.In this regard,it is necessary to further improve ecological inheritance to optimize its development space,strengthen talent support to lay a solid foundation for its development,strengthen media applications to broaden its development channels,deepen industrial connections to enhance its development vitality,and thus better inherit and develop local music culture.
