摘　　要：人文关怀是护理的本质和核心。医院管理者、医护人员都在积极探索实施人文关怀。病区是患者接受医疗护理包括人文关怀的主要场所。目前,尚缺乏明确的便于护理人员使用的指导性文件。因此,项目牵头医院组织全国25所医院共同编制《病区护理人文关怀管理规范》团体标准,由中国生命关怀协会发布。提出病区护理人文关怀适用范围、术语与定义、基本要求、制度与流程、素养与培训、环境与设施、质量评价与改进。本文对团体标准中的重要组成部分、条目进行详细解释,以便于使用者理解,促进病区护理人文关怀规范的实践。Humanistic care is the essence and core of nursing.Hospital administrators and medical staff are exploring the implementation of humanistic careactively.Wards are the main places where patients receive medical care and nursing,including humanistic care.At present,there is still no clear guidance documents for nurses to use.Therefore,the project leading hospitalorganized other 25 hospitals and formulated the group standard"Standard of Management of Nursing Humanistic Care in the Hospital Ward",which was issued by the Chinese Association for Life Care.It provides the application scope,terms and definitions,basic requirements,regime and process,literacy and training,environment and facilities,quality evaluation and improvement of ward nursing humanistic care.In the present article,the important components and items in the standard are explained in detail,so as to help the users to understand and promote the standardized practice of ward nursing humanistic care.
