摘 要:采用研制的屈服强度890MPa级的实心焊丝进行焊接试验,通过单因素法研究保护气体、焊接速度、道间温度3个因素对焊缝金属力学性能的影响。结果表明:该焊丝采用Ar+(5%~20%)CO_(2)均可满足力学性能指标要求;焊接速度为15~43cm/min时,随着焊接速度的增加,屈强比增加,冲击吸收能量先增加后降低,焊接速度为21~23cm/min时,焊缝具有良好的综合力学性能;道间温度为70~200℃时,随着温度的升高,焊缝强度降低,伸长率升高,当道间温度在100~150℃时,焊缝具有良好的强韧匹配,当道间温度达到180~200℃时,强度不满足要求。选用熔敷金属性能较优的工艺参数开展对接焊接试验,接头具有良好的力学性能。The solid wire with yield strength of 890MPa was used for welding test,and the effects of shielding gas,welding speed and interpass temperature on the mechanical properties of weld metal was studied by single factor method.The results show that Ar+(5%~20%)CO2 can meet the requirements of mechanical properties.When the welding speed is in the range of 15~43cm/min,the yield ratio increases and the impact toughness first increases and then decreases with the increase of welding speed.When the welding speed is 21~23cm/min,the weld has good comprehensive mechanical properties.When the interpass temperature is 70~200℃,the weld strength decreases and the elongation increases with the increase of temperature.When the interpass temperature is 100~150℃,the weld has a good strength-toughness match,and when the interpass temperature is 180~200℃,the strength does not meet the requirements.The butt welding test was carried out by selecting the process parameters with better deposited metal properties,and the joint had good mechanical properties.
