摘　　要：归纳双重任务下姿势调节的相关理论及其影响因素,并总结双重任务训练在临床和竞技体育中的应用。围绕认知负荷对姿势调节的影响,将双重任务理论从容量共享、信息处理瓶颈以及串扰等3种不同理论角度进行了阐述。针对姿势调节的诸多影响因素,重点探讨了多感觉在姿势调节中的作用以及年龄对姿势调节的影响,并重点探讨双重任务下运动对姿势调节的作用,展望双重任务在竞技体育中的应用前景。在临床上,双重任务主要应用于对脑卒中、帕金森病以及多发性硬化症患者的康复训练。This study reviewed the theory and influencing factors of postural adjustments under dual tasks,and it summarized the applications of dual-task training in clinical practice and competitive sports.With regard to the cognitive load on postural adjustments,this study discussed the dual-task theories from three perspectives:capacity sharing,information bottlenecks,and cross-talk.The present study primarily investigated the role of multisensory integration on postural adjustments and the impact of age on this process,among various influencing factors.For the first time,it highlighted the role of exercise in postural adjustments under dual tasks and projected the potential applications of dual tasks in competitive sports.Dual tasks were primarily used in clinical rehabilitation training for patients with stroke,Parkinson’s disease,and multiple sclerosis.
