摘  要:为评价地下市政设施运行监测水平,促进城市高质量发展,本文从燃气管网、供水管网、排水管网、供热管网、综合管廊、生活污水处理设施、窨井盖、市政消火栓8个业务领域构建地下市政设施运行监测指标体系,并讨论各指标的计算方法、数据采集路径和评分原则。研究显示:地下市政设施运行监测指标体系包含8项一级指标和46项二级指标;基于评分原则,可根据城市的实际运行及发展特点确定权重及分值进行具体评价,可为提升城市风险防控能力和精细化管理水平提供参考。In order to evaluate the operational monitoring level of underground municipal facilities and promote the high-quality urban development,in this paper,an index system for monitoring the operation of underground municipal facilities was constructed from eight business areas:gas pipeline network,water supply network,drainage network,heating network,comprehensive pipe gallery,domestic sewage treatment facilities,manhole covers and municipal fire hydrants.In addition,the calculation methods,data collection paths,and scoring principles of each index were discussed.The results show that the index system for monitoring the operation of underground municipal facilities includes 8 primary indicators and 46 secondary indicators.Based on the scoring principles,the weight and score can be determined according to the actual operation and development characteristics of the city for specific evaluation,which can provide reference for improving urban risk prevention and control capabilities and refined management levels.
