摘 要:为解决高校教学的工业机器人数量远不能满足学生学习需求,以机器人系统虚拟仿真平台为研究对象,通过Solid Works软件建立平台三维模型,借助Robot Studio软件搭建仿真系统,对仿真工作站进行整体布局设计,同时设计工作站的Smart组件。此外,建立机器人系统与各Smart组件之间的I/O信号连接,创建工作站逻辑连接和Rapid程序,模拟了机器人从供料台上夹取毛坯,机器人上、下料,到最后工件在输送带上持续输送的全过程仿真效果。仿真结果表明:仿真工作站可以准确地模拟机器人上料和下料的动态效果,能顺利地完成预定的工作程序,达到与真实平台相同的上、下料搬运过程。该仿真平台的搭建为高校工业机器人教学提供了多样化的选择,弥补了高校工业机器人数量不足的缺陷,同时亦可将可视化操控应用于工业生产中,具有良好的应用价值和广阔的发展前景。In order to solve the problem that the number of industrial robots in college teaching is far from meeting students' learning needs,the virtual simulation platform of robot system is taken as the research object,3D model required by the platform is established with SolidWorks,the simulation system by Robot Studio software is built,and the overall layout design of the simulation workstation is carried out.At the same time,the Smart component of workstation is designed.In addition,the I/O signal connection between the robot system and each Smart component is established,and the workstation logic connection and Rapid program are created to simulate the whole process simulation effect of the robot picking up the blank from the feed table,the robot loading and unloading the material,and the final workpiece continuously transmitted on the conveyor belt.The simulation results show that the simulation workstation can accurately simulate the dynamic effect of robot loading and unloading,and can successfully complete the predetermined work program,and achieve the same loading and unloading process as the real platform.The construction of the simulation platform provides a variety of choices for industrial robot teaching in colleges and universities,makes up for the shortage of industrial robots in colleges and universities,and can also be applied to visual control in industrial production,which has good application value and broad development prospects.
