摘 要:以TL-084锰黄铜为研究对象,在原有黄铜生产工艺的基础上引入不同含量的Ti,结合金相分析、XRD分析和SEM分析等手段对其微观组织进行分析,主要探究不同含量Ti的引入对合金基体及基体中硬质相的形貌、尺寸、分布的影响。同时根据对不同Ti含量TL-084锰黄铜的硬度、抗拉强度、耐磨性的测试,探究Ti的引入对合金力学性能的影响。研究发现TL-084黄铜组织的基体为β相,粗大的初生相[Mn(Fe)]_(5)Si_(3)、细小的共晶相Mn_(5)Si_(3)以及在基体中均匀分布的小颗粒状富铅相。在引入Ti元素后,在基体中生成了富Ti相以及以富Ti相为核心的3层核壳结构,对基体中的初生相起到了细化作用,但是基体晶粒反而粗化,随着Ti含量增加到0.3%,基体中产生富Ti相团聚。同时在力学性能上硬度随着Ti元素含量的上升呈先升高后降低的趋势,在添加量为0.2%时其维氏硬度为HV287.2,提升了8.5%;抗拉强度随着随Ti含量的增加也呈现先上升后下降的趋势,其中添加w_(Ti)=0.1%的黄铜棒材的抗拉强度最高,约744.5 MPa,上升了6.75%。Different Ti contents are introduced into the original TL-084 manganese brass production process,and the microstructure of the matrix and hard phases in the alloyare analyzed by using metallographic analysis,XRD,SEM,and other characterization methods.The study focus on the influence of different Ti contents on the morphology,size,and distribution of the hard phases in alloy.Furthermore,the effects of Ti content on the mechanical properties of the alloy are investigated through hardness,tensile strength,and wear resistance tests.It is found that the matrix of TL-084 brass alloy is the β phase,with coarse primary phase[Mn(Fe)]_5Si_3,fine eutectic phase Mn_5Si_3,and small granular lead-rich phase uniformly distributed in the matrix.After the introduction of Ti elements,a Ti-rich phase and a three-layer core-shell structure centered on the Ti-rich phase are formed in the matrix.The refinement process affects the primary phases in the matrix but results in the coarsening of the matrix grains.When the Ti content increases to 0.3%,the Ti-rich phase in the matrix starts to agglomerate.In terms of mechanical properties,the hardness exhibits an increasing trend with increasing Ti content,follows by a decrease.When the Ti addition amount is 0.2%,its Vickers hardness is HV287.2,with an increase of 8.5%.The tensile strength also shows an initial increase and then a decrease with the increase in Ti content.The brass rod with w_(Ti)=0.1%added has the highest tensile strength,which is about 744.5 MPa,with an increase of 6.75%.
