摘 要:由于变压变频控制(VVVF)具有控制简单,不受参数变化影响等优点,矿用异步电机在很多工况下使用这种控制方式,但在异步电机轻载或者空载时容易发生振荡,严重时可烧毁电机。为解决这一问题,通过分析异步电机等效模型及控制机理,推导出电机转速和输出电压之间的传递函数,在传统VVVF控制的基础上提出了一种振荡抑制策略。首先在电机稳态的条件下,设计一个二阶滤波器提取电机运行时的谐波分量,通过PI调节器调节补偿电压来改变气隙磁通,从而抑制电机振荡,使系统稳定运行。之后按典型的I型系统对PI调节器的参数进行整定。最后通过MATLAB软件搭建电机控制模型和搭建样机平台分别对该方案进行仿真验证,仿真和试验结果表明,振荡的电机在控制策略使能后能快速趋于稳定运行,电机定子电流的总谐波畸变含量从61%降为8%。Due to the advantages of simple control and not affected by parameter changes,in many cases,the mine induction motor is controlled by variable voltage and variable frequency(VVVF) mode.But oscillations are often experienced under light loaded or no loaded lead to the frequency converters trip,even destroy the motor.In order to deal with the trouble,a new oscillation suppression strategy is proposed based on VVVF model by analyzing the equivalent model and control mechanism of induction motors and deriving the transfer function between motor and output voltage.The control strategy is to design a second-order bandpass filter to extract the harmonic components of the motor without changing the speed,and thus the air flux to suppress the oscillation is changed and the system operation is stabilized by PI regulator.Then the parameters of PI regulator are adjusted to a type I system.Finaly,by building a motor control model with MATLAB and building a inverter to test the control strategy,the results show that the oscillating motor can quickly tend to stable after the control strategy function is enabled,and the THD of motor stator current is reduced from 61% to 8%.
