摘　　要：储油罐作为存储能源资源的重要设施,在密封性能方面要求极高,深入探讨了储油罐密封的重要性,以及提升其密封性能方法。首先,对储油罐密封的发展背景以及储油密封技术发展的重要性进行阐述;其次,从国内常用的储油罐密封结构普通机械鞋型密封结构、囊式弹性密封结构、全补偿式弹性密封结构的密封结构、使用范围、密封效果、优势与劣势方面进行论述;系统地探讨和论述全补偿式弹性密封结构在储油罐密封中的结构原理与优势,并提出了一系列改进方案。最后,通过实验论证所改进的全补偿式弹性密封结构的可靠性。通过对现有技术的整合和创新,提高了储油罐的密封性能,减少了资源浪费和环境污染,为储油罐密封技术的进一步发展提供有益的参考和借鉴。As an important facility for storing energy resources,oil storage tanks require high sealing performance.The importance of oil storage tank sealing and how to improve its sealing performance are deeply discussed.Firstly,the development background of oil storage tank seal and the importance of the development of oil storage seal technology are expounded.Secondly,the sealing structure,application range,sealing effect,advantages and disadvantages of common mechanical shoe sealing structure,bag type elastic sealing structure are discussed and elastic sealing structure of oil storage tank sealing structure in China are fully compensated.Then,the structural principle and advantages of the fully compensated elastic seal structure stored in the oil storage tank seal are systematically discussed,and a series of improvement schemes is put forward.Finally,the reliability of the sealing structure of the improved fully compensated elastic sealing structure is demonstrated by experiments.Through the integration and innovation of the existing technology,the sealing performance of the oil storage tank is improved,the waste of resources and environmental pollution is reduced,and the useful reference for the further development of the oil storage tank sealing technology is provided.
