摘 要:汽轮机转子轴向推力是否平衡对汽轮机运行安全有着至关重要的影响,合理的转子轴向推力平衡方法是汽轮机设计成败的关键。介绍汽轮机转子轴向推力的产生,罗列传统的转子轴向推力平衡方法,并分析传统汽轮机转子轴向推力平衡方法的局限性。列举一种常用的热电联产汽轮机-可调抽汽机组,由于纯凝工况和可调抽汽工况,汽轮机转子轴向推力变化范围非常大,仅按照传统的转子轴向推力平衡方法,配置大规格的正副推力轴承不但增加了汽轮机的制造成本和用户的建筑成本,而且在运行时汽轮机轴承功耗增大而导致机组出力下降。通过数据对比分析,探索出一种新型的汽轮机转子轴向推力平衡方法,通过将汽轮机前汽封平衡活塞段蒸汽引入电动调节阀,电动调节阀设置压力调节逻辑控制,使前汽封平衡活塞段压力根据需要调整,可有效缩小汽轮机转子轴向推力变化范围。经机组实际运行验证,推力轴瓦温度在75℃以内,轴向位移正常。该方法实现了降低投资成本和提高运行效率的目的。Whether the axial thrust of steam turbine rotor is balanced has a critical impact on the operation safety of steam turbine unit,and a reasonable rotor axial thrust balance method is the key to the success of turbine design.The generation of turbine rotor axial thrust is introduced,the traditional rotor axial thrust balance methods are listed,the limitations of traditional turbine rotor axial thrust balance methods are analyzed.A common cogeneration steam turbine-adjustable extraction unit is introduced.Due to the pure condensing condition and adjustable extraction condition,the axial thrust range of the turbine rotor is very large.In the traditional rotor axial thrust balance method,configuring large-size front and rear thrust bearings,will increase the manufacturing cost of the turbine and the user's construction cost,and the power consumption of turbine bearing will increase during operation,resulting in the decrease of turbine's output.Then a new turbine rotor axial thrust balance method is explored through data analysis and comparison.In the method,the steam in the balance piston section of the front steam seal is connected to the electric control valve,and the pressure regulation logic control is set in the electric control valve,the pressure of the balance piston section is controlled by logic,which can effectively reduce the axial thrust of the turbine rotor.The actual operation of the turbine verifies that the temperature of the thrust bearing is within 75℃,and the axial displacement is normal.This method achieves the purpose of reducing investment cost and improving operation efficiency.
