摘 要:在轮毂轴承外形尺寸和内部结构不变的情况下,通过优化轮毂轴承外径与转向节内径的过盈量,来实现轮毂轴承刚度的提升,并最终确定过盈量对轴承刚度的影响。然而刚度的提升对轮毂轴承的寿命也会有影响,通过分析该型号轴承的工作游隙与寿命关系图,确定其工作游隙在-0.005~-0.05 mm范围内时,轴承寿命均满足要求,再对轮毂轴承加载方式进行研究,并通过理论推导计算出其刚度,结合有限元仿真进行理论分析,最后利用台架机实验对理论分析部分进行实验验证。结果表明在一定范围内增大过盈量对刚度提升有利,特别在低载荷情况下刚度能提升近20%。并且实验值与理论值有较好的一致性,由此实现了该型号轮毂轴承的刚度提升。Under the condition that the external dimension and internal structure of the hub bearing remain unchanged,the rigidity of the hub bearing is improved by optimizing the interference amount between the outer diameter of the hub bearing and the inner diameter of the steering knuckle,and the influence of the interference amount on the bearing rigidity is finally determined.However,the increase of the stiffness has an impact on the life of the hub bearing.By analyzing the relationship between the working clearance and the life of the bearing,it is determined that the bearing life meets the requirements when the working clearance is within the range of-0.005~0.05 mm.Then,the loading mode of the hub bearing is researched,and the stiffness is calculated through theoretical derivation,and theoretical analysis is carried out in combination with finite element simulation.Finally,the theoretical analysis is verified by the bench test.The results show that increasing the amount of interference within a certain range is beneficial to improving the stiffness,especially under low load condition,the stiffness can be improved by20%.The experimental value is in good agreement with the theoretical value,so the stiffness of the hub bearing of this model is improved.
