采用层次分析法的香港地区历史建筑遗产保护价值评价

摘　　要：为了更好地研究影响香港地区历史建筑遗产保护价值的因素,采用层次分析法,通过5个准则层和18个子准则层构建判断矩阵,计算各指标的权重,并以香港大馆为例开展问卷调查。结果表明:准则层的权重由大到小排序为历史价值、美学价值、社会价值、环境价值、经济价值;子准则层权重的最高值分别为科学考察价值、对当地旅游业促进性、遗产保护等级评定稀缺性、结构保存完整性、组成城市景观;香港大馆的综合得分为3.8289,评级为“良”。In order to study the factors affecting the conservation value of historic building heritage in Hong Kong Region,a analytic hierarchy process is used to construct a judgement matrix through 5 criterion levels and 18 sub criterion levels,to calculate the weights of the indicators,and to carry out a questionnaire survey taking Hong Kong Pavilion as an example.The results show that the weights of the criterion layers in descending order are historical value,aesthetic value,social value,environmental value,economic value.The highest values of the weights of the sub criterion layers are scientific investigation value,the promotion of the local tourism industry,the scarcity of the heritage conservation level assessment,the integrity of the structural preservation,and the composition of the cityscape.The comprehensive score of Hong Kong Pavilion is 3.8289,and it is rated as“good”.
