摘 要:采用数值模拟和试验研究方法研究了倾斜式防爆墙的抗爆性能。首先基于LS-DYNA软件建立不同倾斜防爆墙的有限元数值分析模型,分析了不同倾斜角度对爆炸冲击波传播规律,防爆墙爆炸冲击反射波和墙后绕射波压力峰值的影响。最后选择70°倾斜防爆墙作为典型的倾斜式防爆墙开展了试验研究。数值分析结果表明:防爆墙体倾斜角度每减少10°,同爆距下爆炸冲击波到达防爆墙的时间延长0.1~0.5 ms,迎爆面上反射压力峰值降低0.5~1 MPa。实验表明:5 kg药球爆炸时70°倾斜防爆墙上爆炸冲击波反射压力实测时程曲线与数值模拟时程曲线基本吻合,引爆面上最大反射压力峰值为2.04 MPa,实测消波系数为80.6%,比数值模拟值提高了13.7%。70°倾斜式防爆墙能够阻挡5 kg药球间距2 m三次累计爆炸冲击。The anti-explosion performance of inclined explosion-proof wall was studied by numerical simulation and experimental research.Firstly,the finite element numerical analysis model of different inclined explosion-proof walls was established based on LS-DYNA software,and the influence of different inclined angles on the propagation law of explosion shock wave and the peak pressure of explosion shock reflection wave and diffraction wave behind the wall was analyzed.Finally,70°inclined explosion-proof wall was selected as a typical inclined explosion-proof wall to carry out experimental research.The numerical analysis results show that for every 10°reduction in the inclination angle of the explosion-proof wall,the time for the explosion shock wave to reach the vertical explosion-proof wall under the same explosion distance is extended by 0.1~0.5 ms,and the peak value of the reflected pressure on the front explosion surface is reduced by 0.5~1MPa.The experiment shows that the measured time-history curve of the reflected pressure of the explosion shock wave on the 70°inclined explosion-proof wall is basically consistent with the numerical simulation time-history curve when the 5 kg pellet explodes.The maximum reflected pressure peak on the detonation surface is 2.04 MPa,and the measured wave attenuation coefficient is 80.6%,which is 13.7%higher than the numerical simulation value.The 70°inclined explosion-proof wall can block the cumulative explosion impact of 3 times with 5kg drug ball spacing of 2 m.
