摘 要:为研究爆炸切割网络传爆能力的影响因素,进行了某爆炸切割网络传爆节点处的传爆过程仿真,得到了爆轰波传播情况。分别改变传爆间隙以及切割索药型罩材料以研究其对传爆能力的影响。结果表明,传爆节点处传爆能力随间隙增加下降;以紫铜为药型罩材料可比以铅锑合金为药型罩材料的切割索得到更大的爆轰压力,切割索更易起爆传爆药柱。为提高传爆节点的传爆能力,设计了钢制密封结构,相比之前传爆间隙增加17.4%。本文中所取得的研究进展可以为爆炸网络传爆结构设计提供参考。In order to study the influencing factors of the explosive transmission capacity of an explosive cutting network,a simulation of the explosive transmission process at the explosive transmission node of a certain explosive cutting network was conducted,and the propagation of detonation waves was obtained.The impact of changing the detonation gap and cutting the material of the cable shaped cover on the detonation ability was studied.The results showed that the detonation ability at the detonation node decreased with the increase of the gap.The cutting cable with red copper as the material of the charge shaped cover obtained greater detonation pressure than the cutting cable with lead antimony alloy as the material of the charge shaped cover,and the cutting cable was easier to initiate the detonation of the charge column.To improve the explosion transmission capacity of the explosion transmission node,a steel sealing structure was designed,which increased the explosion transmission gap by 17.4%compared to the previous one.The research in this article can provide reference for the design of explosive network transmission structures.
