扰流板参数对坑道爆炸冲击波衰减效率的影响

摘  要:为研究扰流板对坑道内爆炸冲击波的超压传播影响规律,对坑道内爆炸冲击波传播过程进行了理论分析和数值模拟。模拟涵盖了扰流板不同数量、间距、尺寸、迎波角、以及布置方式参数,通过对比超压理论计算结果和仿真结果,验证了计算方法的可行性。坑道内扰流板数量对冲击波衰减的影响最大,可将爆炸冲击波的衰减效率提升35.8%;扰流板间距对爆炸冲击波衰减效率的提升仅次于扰流板数量,在进行扰流板布置时,优先考虑数量和间距的配合;在进行扰流板冲击波试验时,尽可能减小前方扰流板尺寸,加大后方扰流板尺寸,减轻爆炸冲击波对扰流板自身的毁伤,延长爆炸冲击波超压峰值到来的时间;迎波角为70°时,相对布设优于交错布设;迎波角为75°时,交错布设优于相对布设。In order to study the influence of spoiler on the over-pressure propagation of explosion shock waves in the tunnel,the propagation process of explosion shock waves in the tunnel was numerically simulated.The simulation covers different numbers,spacing,sizes,angles,and arrangements of the spoiler.The feasibility of the calculation method is verified by comparing the calculation results of the over-pressure theory with the simulation results.The results show that the number of spoilers has the greatest influence on the attenuation of the shock wave,after reaching a certain number,the attenuation efficiency of the explosion shock wave can be increased by 35.8%.The improvement of the spacing of the spoiler on the attenuation efficiency of the explosion shock wave is second only to the number of spoilers.When the spoiler is arranged,the coordination of the number and spacing should be given priority to avoid the rear spoiler facing the wave surface in the vortex field generated by the front spoiler.When the spoiler shock wave test is carried out,the size of the front spoiler should be reduced as much as possible,the size of the rear spoiler should be increased,the damage of the explosion shock wave to the spoiler itself should be reduced,the number of vortices in the internal flow field should be increased,and the time of the peak overpressure of the explosion shock wave can be prolonged.When the incidence angle is 70 degrees,the relative layout is better than the staggered layout;when the angle of attack is 75 degrees,the staggered layout is better than the relative layout.
