天然产物活性成分微针在面部色素沉着中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：微针是一种安全有效的新型药物递送系统,它是将药物包封在基质材料中,以刺入形式将药物释放在皮肤的真皮层,增加药物在给药部位的含量,促进药物吸收进而发挥药效。面部色素沉着是由于机体自身调节异常、物理或化学等因素导致面部出现不同颜色、不同范围及不同深浅的色素变化,严重影响人们的心情和幸福感。但目前面部色素沉着的治疗普遍存在效果不显著、容易反复、皮肤敏感等问题,并且现有疗法下药物难以透过皮肤。而微针与药物联合使用,能促进药物吸收、提高药效,有望成为治疗面部色素沉着的一种有效方式。天然产物活性成分作为美白产品的功效组成部分具有安全性高、不良反应少、性价比高等优点,受到人们的广泛关注。但天然产物的经皮给药制剂一般为软膏剂、乳剂、凝胶剂,皮肤透过率低,生物利用度差。因此将天然产物活性成分以微针形式进行递送具有较大的应用前景。本文作者对天然产物活性成分微针进行了系统的总结和归纳,包括天然产物成分、微针性质及抗面部色素沉着功效等方面,并且对天然产物活性成分微针的功能化设计和未来发展进行了展望。Microneedles are a safe and effective new drug delivery system.It encapsulates the drugs within the matrix material,dissolves the drugs in the dermis layer of the skin through pricking,increases the drug concentration at the administration site,enhances drug absorption,and ultimately produces the desired therapeutic effect.Facial hyperpigmentation is caused by various factors,including the body′s self-regulation,physical and chemical factors,which leads to changes in pigmentation on the face,resulting in different colors,ranges,and depths.This condition seriously impacts people′s mood and overall sense of well-being.However,the current treatment of chloasma generally has problems such as a lack of significant effect,frequent recurrence,and skin sensitivity.Moreover,it is difficult for the existing therapeutic drugs to penetrate the skin.The combined use of microneedles and drugs can enhance drug absorption and improve drug efficacy,making it a promising approach for treating facial hyperpigmentation.As the functional components of whitening products,natural ingredients have the advantages of being highly safe,limited side effects,and offering high performance cost ratio.As a result,they have garnered widespread attention.However,the transdermal penetration of natural products is typically achieved through the use of ointments,emulsions,gels,etc,which have the low skin permeability and limited bioavailability.Therefore,the delivery of active ingredients from natural products in the form of microneedles holds great potential for application.This article systematically summarizes the use of microneedles to encapsulate natural product active ingredients.It covers topics such as natural product components,properties of microneedles and anti-pigmentation effects,and the functional design and future development of microneedles containing natural product active ingredients.
